Guest Well Booking Procedure

The Harbour at Beach Grove has 29 slips. All wells are occupied seasonally except for two guest wells, #8 and #29. In an attempt to streamline the booking process and reduce confusion, we have developed a booking procedure using our electronic reservation system. If you would like to reserve one of the wells for dinner or a visit of any nature, please call the Club (519-979-8090) at extension 210 during regular business hours. Our receptionist will add your name to the reservation system. After hours or on weekends, contact extension 218 (Hostess desk). Please do not use any other well in the Harbour if wells #8 and #29 are occupied. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to your visit.

Kayak/Paddleboard Rack Storage

Each spot in the Kayak/Paddleboard Storage Rack can be rented for the season for $100 for a kayak and $50 per season for a paddleboard and includes a personalized name plate (similar to our lockers) installed on the rack. Please send a request to Yvette ([email protected]) if you are interested in renting a spot. This compliments our existing Kayak/Paddleboard Launch which is in Well #16 for all Beach Grove Members to use.

Aquatic Services

There are a total of five "pods"  within the pool enclosure area, two of which may be reserved ahead of time. The remaining three pods will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is additional seating available in the form of tables and chairs and wicker couches close to the pool that are also avalable on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reserving a Pool Pod

  1. Two Pool Pods (assigned seating areas) will be available for use during each time block. Pool pod reservations can be made by calling 519-979-8090 ext. 231, 7 days per week between 8 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Please leave a detailed message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

  2. Pool pods include a sofa, a chair, an umbrella and two lounges.

  3. Each pod reservation will be for a two-hour period. The pool pod must be vacated once the time expires for your reservation. If there is no reservation following, you may stay at the pod - please ask.

  4. All reservations must be in their pod within 20 minutes of their scheduled reservation time. If the group is not in the pod at that time it will be considered a "No Show" and the space will be filled with a group on the waiting list.
